The domain neorisk.digital is operated through the Hostinger platform, our website provider (their privacy policy), and our online forms are operated through Typeform (their privacy policy) and Gmail as our email service provider (their privacy policy). Payments are processed through Stripe for credit card payments (their privacy policy), or through PayPal (their privacy policy).​

We are Gandiv Consulting LLC d/b/a NeoRisk Digital , a legal entity based in USA, and you can contact us at any time for any matter related to this Policy at contactus@neorisk.digital.

We will collect information that you share with us (e.g., name and email address) to answer your request. When you register for a consultation, Typeform will request your email. When paying for a consultation with credit card, this data will be collected and processed by Stripe.​

As a rule, we obtain personal information directly from you. In limited situations, we also use information we observe about you. This happens when you visit our website, if you accept cookies (see our cookie policy for more details).

We use this personal information to answer your requests and to provide you with the consultations for which you register.

Our forms are provided through Typeform, and payments are processed by Stripe (for credit cards).

We only keep your data for as long as you want to hear from us and stay connected to our work. If you send us a request, we will keep your email address until you decide to unsubscribe. If you join one of our newsletters, we will keep your email address as long as you maintain retail subscription. If you request to delete your account (you can use this email contactus@neorisk.digital), we will erase your data from the newsletter database.
